Online Bankruptcy filing
Chapter 7 13 Louisville Kentucky and Indiana
This is our page to start your online bankruptcy
filing. Filing online will remove the stress and improves the accuracy of your petition.
You must complete each question and answer it completely. Filing online omits much of any human
error because:
- No one has suggested
the answers to you.
- Answer from the comfort of your home without time
pressures.
- You may look up
information and come back to the questions to insure that the answers
are correct.
Don't just submit
your gross pay. Include all your deductions. You will be asked to document your answers.
We will review answers in our office and make any corrections
if you did not understand the questions. Do not fail to answer or evade a question. After you file, CPA's with the Department of Justice will review your
petition for accuracy, completeness and fraud. If you submit
incomplete or inaccurate answers you will have
your case audited, dismissed or worse.
We appreciate your doing this online! Simply input your
social at the bottom of the page and you will go to our secure server to fill out
your information. You will not be charged anything unless you come to us
for your bankruptcy. If you decide to file with us we will download your information
into our system to complete your petition. If you don't come within a
year we delete your information.
Your responses to these questions will be audited
and reviewed by the US Trustee and the Department of Justice for
accuracy, veracity and completeness.
You will be asked to provide documentation in support of your
statements. Attorneys are required to question any Debtor on their
responses and to examine the responses to make sure that they are
complete and reasonably responsive to the questions asked.
Particular attention must be paid to:
- Debts, Income and Expenses, Large incomes debts and abnormal
expenses will be automatically audited. Always include the
pay of a spouse even if they are not filing.
The answers in your petition are your
responsibility. Fraudulent responses may cause any Debtor to lose
property, have their case dismissed, to be barred from filing for a
number of years or even result in criminal actions if made with the
intent to defraud.
It is the responsibility of every Attorney to gather supporting
documents and to reasonably examine the answers of the Debtor and
evidence to support the amounts and items asserted in the schedules,
means test and financial statements.
